Esta empresa me debe 45 mil pesos y se desapareció después de que le termine de pagar y jamas me entrego nada. La.calidad de sus productos es malísima y obviamente el servicio post venta es de lo peor! Super badly left, they give you a delivery date and they do it after months !!! Me pidieron que me comunique con ustedes a las oficinas pero no toman mis llamadas. el 2 de junio del 2017 me mandaron un horno completamente dañado que según la fletera ustedes mismos evaluaron en 5,000.00 porque no servia. El horno lo envió el Sr. Josue Mishell Murillo Huerta y la srita. Ana (empleada de C&B) me dio instrucciones de no recibir. Después de eso jamás respondieron mis mensajes ni mis llamadas. Se quedaron con el dinero y nunca enviaron el horno que compré. Si en verdad son una compañía seria esperaría que me devolvieran el dinero. 20 años dice que tienen de experiencia y mercado libre los dio de baja por su mala reputación. No entiendo como es posible que empresas como estas sigan operando. En febrero del año pasado compré un horno de banda por 35,000, recibieron el 100% del pago y después de 4 meses de constantes mentiras, el Sr. Josue Mishell Murillo Huerta envió una chatarra de horno (completamente dañado valuado en 5,000.00 según la guía de envío). Por instrucciones de su asistente Ana, el horno se devolvió y después de eso, no volvieron a responder mis llamadas ni mensajes y por supuesto, se quedaron con el dinero. No vivo en Guadalajara y aprovecharon esa situación para estafarme. C&B NO ES UNA COMPAÑIA SERIA. IN NO WAY DO I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. M	Mcbv87 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peorrrr empresa con la que hemos lidiado. hace 3 meses se les pagó un horno tostador y lo entregaron tarde, incompleto y con piezas usadas y por supuesto no funcionó, dijeron que lo enviaramos de vuelta en una paquetería y jamás se hicieron responsables y es fecha en que el horno sigue en el almacén de la paquetería y ahora con un adeudo por almacenaje de 3000 pesos de los cuales ellos no se quieren hacer responsables, ya ni siquiera atienden nuestras llamadas. NO COMPREN NADA DE ELLOS, SON UNA ESTAFA!!! The worst company we have dealt with. 3 months ago they were paid a toaster oven and delivered late, incomplete and with used parts and of course it did not work, they said that we would send it back in a parcel and they were never responsible and it is the date when the oven is still in the warehouse of the parcel and now with a debit for storage of 3000 pesos, which they do not want to be responsible for, they do not even answer our calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM !!!
