Highly recommend this place. Top quality and maintained Honda mopeds, all at a reasonable price. C&M scooters even delivered and picked up our moped rental right to our hotel.

Our experience with C&M scooter rental place was awful. We had called at 9 AM and a manager named Manny had answered our phone and told us that we would have 4 scooters available for us at 1 pm. When we had arrived to Cozumel, we walked all the way to this rental place (which was quite out of the way of the city). Once we arrived to our surprise, Manny told us that they had no more bikes left and that he had given up our bikes because apparently we hadn’t made a reservation. Manny and C&M scooter tours and rentals ruined our day at Cozumel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My family was expecting 4 bikes and a good time at Cozumel but sadly C&M tours decided to ruin this day for us. We were sadly not able to find scooters anywhere else and were forced to do whatever we could on the island through walking. We eventually left the island much earlier than planned. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that was provided for me and my family from this rental service. We were promised 4 scooters through a phone call with manager Manny early that day but unfortunately we were provided with awful service and no scooters. Our day at Cozumel island was ruined due to senseless managing and absolutely awful service. Thank you C&M Scooter Tours and rentals for ruining our day.

I know my experience isn’t the same as everyone else’s but I called Manny at the last minute to see if I could get a scooter for two. In less than 7 minutes, Manny and Alex were in front of my resort with a scooter. Fair price, took cash, PAINLESS transaction. Scooter was a Honda. Gas gauge didn’t work.. so what. It ran great, got us where we wanted to go. Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. Using cash also made it way easier on me after reading about scams even from other companies (even companies you may have used in US) robbing you of hundreds, if not thousands, on your credit card after you leave. Manny was great to work with. He seems to run a company with integrity and doesn’t hassle tourists. I would definitely rent from him again.

We had an enjoyable experience with rental from C&M Scooter. The bikes ran well, got us where we wanted to go, and added a little fun to our vacation. The C&M employees communicated well and explained the necessary aspects of the rental, insurance, fuel charges, and even recommended thorough review of the equipment before leaving the shop. They even suggested rules-of-the-road. My only reason for not providing 5 stars would be several lesser significant issues with mechanical functionality (speedo, fuel guage, mirror arm adjustment, etc). The price was reasonable and there did not appear to be any ill-intent in the rental process.

I am writing this review because I thing we should support Businesses as C&M Scooters ! It was completely the opposite of what I've expected, because at first I was very sceptic because of previous experiences I've made with renting scooters abroad. But this place, man, it was perfect! He provided me with all the information I needed plus gave me some tips for the routing and what I should take care of when riding in Mexico. Also, the scooters were in a good condition. Excellent service for a reasonable price!! But in all fairness, what I have to tell you is that you should consider "Do I really need a Scooter in Cozumel?" Because you might be here by Cruise ship and the areas beside the tourist area are pretty same looking.

I was scammed here. I was blamed and paid for damage that was on the scooter previously. I took 'before' photos just like the company did, but was unable to provide them upon returning the scooter due to a failed phone charger. I thought this wouldn't be an issue but as soon as I was unable to defend myself with pictures the "damage caused by me" begin to grow. I was lured in by a competitive rental price, and I paid for it on the back end with nearly $300 in "damage". I was charged $70 USD for this scrapped brake lever. Posted here you'll see my "before" picture with a clearly scrapped brake lever. This was my 4th trip to Mexico and my first time experiencing a shake down. I would avoid this shady business and go somewhere else. This establishment took advantage of me and took my money.
