★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a Sian Ka’an tour with Abraham and he was really good! He was very knowledgeable, passionate and attentive. We saw so much nature and the tour was as advertised. Definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour was really great! Top guides with lots of attention. I had a blast. Abraham was our guide and he is really passionate about the Mayan culture and the ecosystem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the Tour “Chichen Itza Classico”, which included a visit to the Suy Tun Cenote, Chichen Itza and the colonial city Valladolid. It was a disappointing and expensive experience that felt more like an overpriced tourist trap. You probably get much more for your money if you just rent a car and drive to those places yourself. The bus was very small and completely full. The tour guide was friendly but not very professional. He talked too much and his jokes were not funny. The cenote and the cave were impressive and the show was interesting. Nevertheless, we spent most of the time in the tourist market and listening to why we should buy from the locals. The things they sell are extremely overpriced. They also take a picture of you at the entrance which they then paste into a bottle of liquor that they try to sell back to you before leaving. The buffet was just ok but not spectacular. The visit to Chichen Itza took barely two hours and we did not get to visit most of the buildings. The guide took way too long (almost 45 min) in one place badly explaining about the ball game. The visit to valladolid was just the driver dropping us off for 30 mins in the central plaza.
Most of the other tourists seemed to have a good time though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful stuff, super nice rooms, free bike rental. Quite good location - not really city center but still walkable distance. Good starting point for biking to the ruins/beach. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the Siann Biosphere deluxe tour and it was very fun. But I can’t give it 5 stars because the majority of the trip is spent getting there. 1 hour on bus then another hour on a boat. Got to see some cool wildlife and a beautiful beach that was super clear. Kinda Pricey at $120

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed staying here! Good bang for your buck. It’s close proximity to everything esp. the “downtown strip” and the beach. The kind and helpful groundskeepers are always around. Included breakfast is bottled water, fruit, croissant and a sandwich. The bicycles were a available for use at any time. Our rooms were always sparkling when we returned from exploring. We tipped them daily and at the end ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel. The room was cozy and was very clean every day of our stay. The owners are super nice, speak English and always have a smile for you. Good breakfast and bikes to borrow were included. They also organize tours. We did not go but there were many people going every morning. Probably worth checking out too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas at itour was very attentive, kind, and informative. He was never pushy about upselling and even stood with us to make sure we got on the bus ok. He had great advice about what to expect on the tour.
