★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter absolutely loves the Barcy Kids Club. Caring, professional staff and tons of activities to keep the kids busy. The Mini Disco at 8:15 and the carousel on the Maya Mall ate also a big hit. Andrea and Dani (Daniela) are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow but friendly service. Has a big issue with bugs in room, but I guess it's because it's the tropics. With 3 dozen bites between 3 people, it made for an unpleasant stay though. Kids club is nice for family with children. Food in buffet has variety but lacks flavor. Many crucial items suspiciously unrefrigerated. Reasonable about making your stay better. Facilities well maintained.
