★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a clientes deja pero mucho que desear, leña en tu cuarto, pero no como prenderlo, no hay forma de comunicarte con la recepción del cuarto, falta de señalamientos de donde se encuentra la recepción, des abasto de agua en la mayor parte del día. Muy buen lugar pero carece de buena atención... Ojalá y tomen cartas en el asunto y mejoren.
Customer service leaves much to be desired, firewood in your room, but not how to turn it on, there is no way to communicate with the reception of the room, lack of signs where the reception is located, water supply in most of the room day. Very good place but lacks good attention ... I hope they take action on the matter and improve.

Las cabañas amplias y cómodas, tienen chimenea y te ponen leña; hay agua caliente en la regadera; hay cabañas que por un costo extra incluyen cocinera, muy útil cuando viajas con familia; y tienen un restaurante muy bueno; necesario llevar vehículo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso lugar, muy cómodo, he estado en el hotel y en las cabañas, ambos perfectos para diferentes situaciones.
La tv de la cabaña no funciona. Las cabañas tienen tv, cocina y todos para desconectarte de un día de rutina, el hotel es ideal para quedarte si vas a actividades dentro de Guachochi. Muy limpio y cómodo.

Beautiful place, very comfortable, I have been in the hotel and in the cabins, both perfect for different situations.
The tv in the cabin does not work. The cabins have TV, kitchen and all to disconnect from a routine day, the hotel is ideal to stay if you go to activities within Guachochi. Very clean and comfortable.
