Cuenta con dos plantas: La planta baja es la de llegadas, incluye reclamo de equipajes, transporte y estacionamiento; la alta es la de salidas, dividida en tres secciones: Salidas internacionales de la sala 24 a 36; internacionales de de la 17 a 23 y nacionales de la sala 1 a 16. Ofrece los siguientes servicios: Cajeros automáticos, Servicios bancarios, Cambio de divisas, Cafés, bares y restaurantes, Puntos de información, Consigna y taquillas, Embalaje de equipaje, Farmacia, Oficina Postal, Duchas y Agencias de viajes, y así como de renta de autos y alquiler de taxis.  It is the largest terminal in Latin America and the fourth in the world. It operates with national and international flights. It has two floors: The ground floor is the arrivals floor, which includes baggage claim, transportation and parking; the upper one is the departures section, divided into three sections: International departures from hall 24 to 36; international from 17 to 23 and national from room 1 to 16. It offers the following services: ATMs, Banking services, Currency exchange, Cafes, bars and restaurants, Information points, Left luggage and lockers, Luggage packing, Pharmacy , Post Office, Showers and Travel Agencies, as well as car rental and taxi rental. Around it there are four hotels: Camino Real, Marriott, Fiesta Inn and Hilton and many other services for the frequent traveler. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que llevo a mi esposo me doy cuenta que el estacionamiento está muy bien vigilado. Cada vez que he necesitado ayuda u orientación el personal del aeropuerto son cálidos y eficientes.
Prefiero estacionarme y despedir a mi esposo en la puerta de la sala que dejarlo en la entrada del aeropuerto. No te puedes quedar ahí más de 2 min, literalmente me han corrido cada vez que lo intento. Renuncié y mejor me estaciono cómodamente.
Whenever I take my husband I realize that the parking lot is very well guarded. Every time I have needed help or guidance the airport staff are warm and efficient.
I prefer to park and say goodbye to my husband at the door of the room than to leave him at the entrance of the airport. You can't stay there for more than 2 min, I've literally been kicked out every time I try. I gave up and better park comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente le hace falta una remodelación de manera urgente , los filtros de seguridad lentisimos ,y no por que hagan muy bien trabajo si no por que el lugar ya es obsoleto para la demanda que hay,por lo que realmente habría que pensar en otras opciones de aeropuertos para viajar.
La señalización es muy mala y la programación de las salidas para tomar tu vuelo tardan muchísimo en asignarlas lo que provoca inseguridad y nerviosismo.

Sigue los protocolos de sanidad.
En la parte superior tiene lugares para comer mientras esperas tu vuelo.
Los baños son limpios y poco concurridos.
En general el personal es amable, pero a veces si te tratan algo groseros cuándo tienes alguna duda.
Clean and safe.
Follow health protocols.
At the top you have places to eat while you wait for your flight.
Bathrooms are clean and not very crowded.
In general the staff is friendly, but sometimes if they treat you a little rude when you have a question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este areopuerto es Limpio , organizado, cada 20 mins estan sanitizando Todas las areas , hay laboratorios para hacerte la prueba del covid .
Recomiendo hacer la prueba dentro del areopuerto por que laboratorios de afuera no los aceptan las areolineas .
La prueba del covid costo $630 pesos
This airport is clean, organized, every 20 minutes they are sanitizing all areas, there are laboratories to test you for covid.
I recommend doing the test inside the airport because outside laboratories are not accepted by airlines.
