★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we had to wait more than one hour for our breakfast order to be finished. The baguettes were tasty but the bread was nearly burned and way too crispy.The omelette was average and the service was very friendly but inefficient. New restaurant, so hopefully just starting issues as the atmosphere was pretty nice and relaxed.

I had the shrimp salad, my friend the beef tenderloin. It was salad, cucumber, tomato and beef/shrimp. not even a dressing.
Everything they say on the menu; asparagus, fusili,crotons, Parmesan,grapes, seeds IS NOT IN THERE.
When I asked, they said it was not supposed to be on there and that the menu was wrong. But you should have told us before we ordered?? Attached the menu. It’s an expensive, dry salad for what you actually getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful mexican owned place. All sauces are made in the moment. Private atmosphere , beautiful cocktails and good food! Their mole isn’t too sweet or too salty which makes it good for our first try! Good price too and service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down the best breakfast in Holbox, and we've been to the island 4 times! The service was excellent, the food was even better. The seating was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Can't recommend enough!
