Servers are rushing and timeshare sales people are all over yapping to their tables so it was hard to just relax. Green juice is delicious. Had to be on guard and forceful to eat with a representative and not get sucked into a timeshare appt which is annoying.

However there are several locations in the buffet where they will make your order as you want. My first day there wasn't real pleased but after sitting watching how everything worked I learned a lot. First the guys cooking the omelette's to order have the bacon with there as well overall it's a decent breakfast buffet once you learn how it works. You can also get fresh ice tea there and don't pass on the green juice it's good.
N	Natalie Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the main breakfast/brunch restaurant for the Vidanta resort in Nuevo Vallarta. It's buffet style with a generous selection of fresh yummies served daily . A few options changed from day to day. More than one omelette station. A gluten free area. It's also a beautiful atmosphere with a big water feature inside. Seating is inside or outside with all sides of the restaurant open. Servers are quick to serve juices, coffee, water and,/or mimosas.

The sushi also gets my stamp of approval! The elote cake was really good as well. The staff are quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Don't feed the wildlife! Some birds might get close, just appreciate them but don't feed.
