 The place is very cozy and the location is excellent, the hosts make you feel at home. The room needs more lighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than ZERO...SO many other options in the area. Honestly, though area is decent, the owner and the drama she brings with her family is not worth it. My phone was stolen by her employee and she begged me not to call the police that would potentially harm her business. A well known thief in the area...yet I was blamed for charging my phone in the hallway because the outlets in my room did not work. Feel free to contact me and I will share many more stories. SO MANY STORIES! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON!!!!!!! I'll let you know exactly who you are dealing with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay. Really nice and helpful host Roxana take care of all guests. Most comfortable rooms. Beautiful patio and garden with Old Volkswagen car As a gardenplace also. Nice bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Everything perfectly clean. AC is available. 1 Block from Main Square and 3 blocks from absolutely wonderful Cenote Zaci, in which one You can Fall i love and spend there all days by swimming or sunbath.

3 blocks from cenote zaci. Bikes and tours available.
Pet friendly with an outstanding back yard. Fantastic value!!!

Roxana went above and beyond with our bike tour. She educated us the entire time. Oliver was a great help too we will be back to stay with her next time.
