He acudido a otras sucursales y la verdad esta es la que menos me gusta su atención. I don't know but customer service always leaves a lot to be desired, the cashiers seem to always be in a hurry and are very uncourteous, I've been at different times and it's always the same. I have gone to other branches and the truth is that this is the one that I least like their attention.

El personal es muy amable y agradable La decoración me pareció excelente y sigue al pie de la letra el mismo concepto de las demás cafeterías. Creo que es el lugar ideal para tener una reunión, platicar con amigos o simplemente llegar por tu bebida favorita. Me parece que no es el lugar ideal pra descansar ya que no tienen sillas cómodas o sillones pra grupos grandes de personas. ¡¡Lo que más me gustó, es que prepararon mis bebidas en muy corto tiempo!! I loved my drink, I highly recommend the taro frappe and the American espresso, accompanied by some delicious cinnamon and walnut cookies. The staff is very friendly and nice I found the decoration to be excellent and it follows the same concept as the other coffee shops to the letter. I think it is the ideal place to have a meeting, chat with friends or just drop in for your favorite drink. It seems to me that it is not the ideal place to rest since they do not have comfortable chairs or armchairs for large groups of people. What I liked the most is that they prepared my drinks in a very short time !!

Siempre que pido un FRAPPE me dan leche con hielo y endulzante (literal) y no me lo quieren cambiar ni regresar el dinero porque según la srta. con un muy mal humor y atención por cierto, comenta “así es es la bebida” y no hace absolutamente nada para resolver la situación ? No ha sido 1 sino varias ocasiones en que dan mal las bebidas, frías en su debido caso, muy tardadas y mala atención. Lo único que provocan es perder clientes por no solucionar el problema con el personal de trabajo. Lousy! Whenever I ask for a FRAPPE they give me milk with ice and sweetener (literally) and they don't want to change it or return my money because according to Ms. with a very bad mood and attention by the way, he comments "that's how the drink is" and does absolutely nothing to resolve the situation and poor care. The only thing they cause is losing customers by not solving the problem with the work staff.
