Please don't take me wrong but is really hard to believe when you hear that in he outskirts of Tlaxcala along the highway you will be finding such a great food offer away from the typical and characteristical food places down the road. La Gloria is a well located place with little publicity but amazing menu that takes you from the tipic Tlaxcala specialities to the international dishes. From brakefast to supper, for lunch or dinner, flavor and portion size are perfectly balanced and attention is simply magnificent. For me is the best place in all Tlaxcala state. This concept would be great in all central Mexico cities where great service has been forgotten.
