En 1967, la Finca Irlanda se convirtió en la primera plantación de café orgánico y biodinámico certificado de México.
Desde ese entonces, la comunidad de la finca se ha encargado de preservar la flora y fauna endémica de la zona, además de promover el comercio directo y cultivar un café de altura de especialidad.
Por medio de técnicas agroecológicas - que son esencia del cultivo biodinámico - se le da tratamiento al agua y suelo para evitar el daño ambiental tan característico del cultivo tradicional de café.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cappuccino taste very good, but it is a bit weak. Staff is super friendly. Place is great to chill out.
UPDATE: I did go back. Excellent Cappuccino! You just have to request the 'Dark roasted' coffee. Actually, I ordered two. Keep up the good work!

You can find some board games there . Nice back yard to read a book or work . They have coffee to go ,and cold brew . Check it out , you’ll not regret .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for our morning coffee every day of our visit in Guadalajara in the Chapalita neighborhood. This organic coffee cafe is spotlessly clean and charming. Danielle, the head barista and owner is fluent in Spanish and English as well as a bit of French. He offered first class service in a casual cafe environment. We enjoyed the beautiful patio with our delicious coffee. Try the Mayan Cacao coffee- you will be spoiled. We bought a bottle of the cold coffee brew, "Dan's Brew", for our Airbnb which was also superb. Organic coffee is also sold by the bag. It's difficult to find organic coffee cafes so we felt we got lucky with this great find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is really friendly and they use their own coffee, which is some of the best I've had in the city. There's also fast wifi and they're fine with you grabbing a drink and using your laptop. Both the interior are back terrace have great design touches.
