★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en lo referente a la atención de llamadas, he llamado diferentes días y siempre es lo mismo: dejan que el teléfono suene y después de 2 minutos perdidos en la llamada levantan el auricular y cuelgan, eso se repite cada llamada, siempre llamo en horarios de oficina y pasa lo mismo, desconozco si no tienen el personal suficiente o el que tienen no esta capacitado para atender los teléfonos porque prefiere colgar que atender la llamada.
 Terrible service when it comes to answering calls, I have called on different days and it's always the same: they let the phone ring and after 2 minutes lost in the call they pick up the handset and hang up, that is repeated every call, I always call in office hours and the same thing happens, I do not know if they do not have enough staff or the one they have is not trained to answer the phones because they prefer to hang up than answer the call.
