★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, mi hermano era socio, el fallecio y tenia un crédito automotriz en esta sucursal además de un ahorro de 2 años, ahora que fallece, la caja Morelia Valladolid, hace caso omiso al presentar el acta de defunción para el "supuesto" cobro de funerales, los ahorros son inexistentes y la deuda crece todos los días sin explicacion por que nos han negado el estado de cuenta real.
Lean bien su contrato, y por experiencia propia no se las recomiendo.

Llegó, saludo y nadie responde ni parece interesarse, no tiene nada que ver con tu trámite pero me parece es el gesto básico de atención al cliente. Nadie te pregunta que se te ofrece o como pueden apoyarte. Por sentido común pasas al área en la que crees que puedes resolver tu asunto. En la caja al menos los días que he acudido no hay nadie y cuando la persona que está en la entrada me apoya a llamarle por qué los tres-cuatro ejecutivos solo se te quedan viendo con ojos de "a mi ni me digas nada", la persona acude con la peor actitud. Amigos, voy a pagarles, no les estoy pidiendo caridad, por favor mínimo hagan su labor con el mínimo sentido de responsabilidad y/o respeto. Si no me van a apoyar mínimo traten a sus clientes con amabilidad
