It is a bit late Aceves waiting in line but they give a very good service it is a small place but it is the shortest I have to go so I give it 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hay una fila se espera de por lo menos una hora. Solo tienen dos personas en cajeros atendiendo a los clientes. El servicio de fichas lleva meses descompuesto. Parece que al banco en verdad no le interesan sus clientes, solo su dinero.
There is always a line expected for at least one hour. They only have two people at ATMs serving customers. The token service has been broken for months. It seems that the bank is not really interested in its customers, only its money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever! Everytime I come in for client services I've waited at least two hours. On average it takes 45 min per costumer with one person helping in client services. There are at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing who can only open accounts and not help with other services. Stay away from this bank!
