Qué terrible atención. Llevo 30 minutos de espera con un aproximado de 7 personas delante de mí cuándo llegué. Su sistema de tickets es un horror y sólo hay dos cajeros atendiendo. Llevo aproximadamente 5 años acudiendo a la sucursal por necesidad y siempre ha sido así. Qué vergonzoso que permitan que sus empleados ofrezcan éste tipo de atención.
What terrible attention. I have been waiting 30 minutes with approximately 7 people in front of me when I arrived. Their ticket system is a horror and there are only two ATMs serving. I have been going to the branch for about 5 years out of necessity and it has always been like this. How embarrassing to allow your employees to offer this kind of care.

En la entrada, ponen a una chica que te da gel antibacterial, te mide la temperatura y te da el turno, pero nunca que esta en su lugar y ninguno de los demás empleados se levanta para darte la atención, te dejan esperando. Muy deficiente su servicio, solo 2 cajeros activos!

Solo tienen un cajero automático. Y a veces no funciona. Tengo que formarme para poder retirar efectivo. Porque la aplicación no sirve. Que lástima que el Banco mexicano más importante, esté tan atrasado con respecto a los demás.

Fatal servicio , van 4 veces que vamos para un solo trámite y todo porque no hacen bien se les olvida llenar documentación que ellos se supone deben saber . Es terrible y todo lo envían a Monterrey tarda hasta 10 días y para que te digan que falta , que no es así en fin es toda una tortura este banco

Tristemente un buen banco con un pesima sucursal en atencion al cliente, me tuvieron una hora esperando en el area "preferente" para solo cambiar mi tarjeta que acababa de vencer el plastico y nadie me atendia; pude obsevar en ese tiempo, la atencion selectiva y despotica de los ejecutivos de cuenta para las personas de la 3a edad, con niños y demas personas allegadas de la zona, lastima, cuando al fin busque que me atendieran el gerente de la sucursal se limito a decirme que me dirijiera a la sucursal de origen de mi cuenta "preferente", bueno entiendo que en Perisur si me daran la atención que siempre me han proporcionando.

Para pasar con los ejecutivos las veces q he ido me tardó bastante. Aunque ya pasando la atención es buena y siempre me han dado solución a mis peticiones. Lo que sí estaría bien es q pusieran más personal en cajas
