Llegué a la tienda física y estaba cerrada por la contingencia, así que marqué al número telefónico y me contestó Ángel, quién me dió una información muy completa. Ayer por la tarde, con el apoyo del mismo trabajador, hice mi pedido y aunque el tiempo de entrega que me manejaban era de un poco más de días, el pedido llegó hoy, perfectamente y con una gran atención de todos en Par de France. Se agradecen mucho las atenciones. Sin duda un must para todos los que nos preocupamos un poco por la calidad de nuestros alimentos.

En mi caso no hubo el chocolate callebaut y me hablaron para informarme me dieron la opción de pedir otro producto o hacerme el reembolso el cual fue efectuado mandándome mi baucher y de una manera amable y muy cordial una empresa muy muy segura en sus pedidos y compras.. ni decir dei envío llego mucho antes de lo q me dijeron y en excelente estado y super bien empacado volvería a comprar con ellos.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ordenado varias veces en línea, no lo recomiendo para nada si es que tienen alguna otra opción, su servicio a clientes es lento e ineficiente, tienen problemas de lógistica y constantemente me llegan pedidos incompletos y su sistema en línea falla demasiado lo que me ha causado demasiados problemas, no ordenen en línea.
I have ordered several times online, I do not recommend it at all if they have any other option, their customer service is slow and inefficient, they have logic problems and I constantly receive incomplete orders and their online system fails too much which has caused too much trouble, please don't order online.

Cuando pedí lo sustituyeran por algo de valor similar la respuesta fue que no se podía porque ya estaba el pedido armado(entonces como iban a corregir mi pedido??); que debía hacer otro pedido y pagar el envío. solicite el reembolso de $142.00 y me dijeron que tardaba 15 días en hacerlo. que eran sus políticas. sigo esperando y solo me dicen que lo estan checando. NO COMPREN EN LÍNEA ya que no actualizan su página.
I made the mistake of buying online, they called me to say they didn't have the entire order. When I asked to replace it with something of similar value, the answer was that it couldn't be done because the order was already assembled (so how were they going to correct my order?); that I had to place another order and pay for shipping. I asked for the $ 142.00 refund and they told me it took 15 days to do it. which were their policies. I keep waiting and they only tell me that they are checking it. DO NOT BUY ONLINE as they do not update their page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentos para atender, he hecho pedidos con más de una hora de anticipación y para dártelo he tenido que esperar otros 45 minutos. La recepcionista siempre con cara de pocos amigos y si por al una razón no está tu vendedor, casi imposible que te atiendan. Necesitan agilizar procesos y atender mejor y más rápido. Tienen variedad de cosas pero son caros. Son de mis últimas opciones si no encuentro en otros lados.
Very slow to attend, I have placed orders more than an hour in advance and to give it to you I have had to wait another 45 minutes.
