★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio y atención DEPLORABLE!! Siempre es la misma historia.
Soy clienta hace mas de 6 años y ni siquiera revisan documentos para ver historial, o mínimo saber con quién están hablando, por educación. Me negaron UNA SOLICITUD de tarjeta de crédito simplemente porque soy extranjera. Que es una nueva normativa, cuando 3 meses atrás su propio gerente me indicó qué pasos seguir y requisitos se necesitaba para tal (claramente nada tenía que ver que no tuviera INE, ya que los bancos SI EMITEN tarjetas de créditos a residentes). Para cobrar son todos iguales, pero para dar un servicio, que es lo mínimo que deben dar SON LO PEOR. SIEMPRE IGUAL, CON TODOS LOS GERENTES Y LOS INUTILES DE LOS ASESORES EN ESTA SUCURSAL!!! Daniel el asesor barbon que me atendió y no me quiso dar su apellido, en especial, muy atrevido y mal educado.

I have been a client for more than 6 years and they do not even review documents to see history, or at least know who they are talking to, for education. I was denied AN APPLICATION for a credit card simply because I am a foreigner. That is a new regulation, when 3 months ago his own manager told me what steps to follow and requirements for such (clearly it had nothing to do with not having INE, since banks DO issue credit cards to residents). To charge they are all the same, but to provide a service, which is the minimum they should give, THEY ARE THE WORST. ALWAYS THE SAME, WITH ALL THE MANAGERS AND THE USELESS OF THE ADVISORS IN THIS BRANCH !!! Daniel the barbon advisor who attended me and did not want to give me his last name, especially, very daring and rude.
