They’ve changed the timetable twice so we’ve been here once, they said the boat is living at four then we got here 20 minutes to 4 and the board was already gone and they told us that the boat is living at 5:30 but unfortunately even 5:30 the bo was not here because it will be coming in an hour so if I may recommend never use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give 0 stars I would. Please don’t use this company, it’s unreliable, we’ve waited for 3,5hours to get on to the ferry. They refused to give us our money back so we could use another company. AVOID JETWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use this ferry!! Make sure to book the Ultramar Ferry.
Our taxi driver took us to this ferry and we didn’t know the difference. Our ferry was late and we had to wait in Isla Mujeres for pick up for 3 hours because all their ferries were full - and you have to wait in line to get on the ferry even if you have a ticket.
Ultramar Ferry’s we’re much nicer, faster and safer - book ferry tickets ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent service. It gets you into the island and back. That's it. What I missed was a waiting room and better instructions on the way back. There's no mistake when going to Isla Mujeres, but the way back is a total mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We preferred to use them vs Ultramar because they are the underdog and lower cost. There smaller boat is not as fancy. If your preference is to save money you come to the right place. Staff is super nice. Would recommend them ! Thank you.
