El horario que maneja este negocio no es nada amigable para los que trabajamos. Solo es de 11 a 5 y me tarde dos días en poder ir a recuperar mi compra. Y otra cosa no tienen el orden necesario para ofrecer este servicio ya que los artículos que llegan de este tipo de compras están por todo lados y cuando fui por el mío lo buscaron adivinando dónde pudiera estar y lo tuvieron que sacar de debajo de otros artículos que estaban regados. Uf, se vieron mal. Bueno ya no lo vuelvo hacer jeje. La atención de la propietaria no es mala pero en su desorden no sabe ni por dónde empezar a buscar los artículos cuando los van a recoger. Esa fue mi experiencia. I made a purchase in the open market and decided that my item would come to this store to pick it up, but I think it was not a good idea. The schedule that this business handles is not friendly at all for those of us who work. It's only from 11 to 5 and it took me two days to get my purchase back. Ugh, they looked bad. Well I won't do it again hehe. The owner's attention is not bad but in her disorder she does not even know where to start looking for the items when they are going to pick them up. That was my experience.

Con todo respeto, no lo recomiendo. J	Jorge Francisco Sánchez Verlón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este local lleva mucho tiempo ahí pero creo que no ha evolucionado como debería ahora ya tiene más funciones ( es un punto de entrega de ML) aunque derepente me da la impresión que la calidad no ha mejorado mucho lleve a arreglar hace mucho mi iPhone 5c y no fue lo más barato, y recuerdo que ese iPhone me quedo mal montado después se me apagaba derepente y fue porque no le habían puesto en su lugar las tapitas, ahora me tocó recoger un paquete ahí de ML y aproveché para cambiar la mica protectora (muy buena) de pantalla y la instalaron en el lugar y ya después me di cuenta que estaba un poco chueca y bueno son cosas por las que en mi opinión por el momento no daría 5 estrellas, creo que son un lugar que te puede ayudar mucho pero no con la máxima calidad This place has been there for a long time but I think it has not evolved as it should now it has more functions (it is an ML delivery point) although suddenly I get the impression that the quality has not improved much so I had to fix my iPhone 5c a long time ago and It wasn't the cheapest, and I remember that that iPhone was badly assembled after it suddenly turned off and it was because they hadn't put the caps in its place, now I had to pick up a package there from ML and I took the opportunity to change the protective lens ( very good) screen and they installed it in the place and later I realized that it was a bit crooked and well these are things for which in my opinion at the moment I would not give 5 stars, I think they are a place that can help you a lot but not with the highest quality

Manden su pedido a la oficina de MercadoLibre aunque paguen un poco más o esté más lejos, así no les pasará esto. MercadoLibre delivery, I arrive at 11am and they haven't opened. Si eres de playa del Carmen y ha es pedidos en Mercado libre puedes pedir que lo envíen aquí y cierran a las 7 de la tarde así que tiene un horario conveniente para recoger tus productos como celulares u otras piezas. This place seems practical to me because of its location, the treatment of the owners excellent and very fast. If you are from Playa del Carmen and you have orders in Mercado Libre you can ask them to send it here and they close at 7 in the afternoon so you have a convenient time to pick up your products such as cell phones or other parts.
