El teléfono de contacto no sirve y eso nos puso un poco estresados al llegar al aeropuerto, ya que es imposible contactar con la empresa en el número que indican. Sin embargo, el personal llegó en punto y sin problema. The service is punctual and professional. Al llegar al aeropuerto no había nadie de esta compañía, estuve esperando y buscando un buen rato pero nada y no respondían en ninguno de los teléfonos proporcionados. Los representantes de otras compañías fueron de más ayuda que esta misma, ya que me ayudaron a localizar al “representante” que me estaría esperando, para enterarme de que estaba en otra terminal y que si se desocupaba pronto venía conmigo… Finalmente envié un correo explicando la situación y después de un rato llegó el chofer al parecer de malas porque le acababan de avisar y cuando le pregunté por qué no había nadie me dijo “es que yo no soy recepcionista” y su tono fue algo grosero, como si fuera obligado y todo el asunto fuera mi culpa. Contraté y pagué este servicio por adelantado para evitar contratiempos pero obtuve todo lo contrario, salí muy tarde del aeropuerto, no había nadie y no respondían. Mejor hubiera pedido un taxi a mi llegada. FATAL. I hired private airport-hotel transportation. I contracted and paid for this service in advance to avoid setbacks but I got the opposite, I left the airport very late, there was no one there and they did not respond. It would have been better if I had ordered a taxi upon my arrival.
