Una quesadillita en 50 pesos,no lo vale ,sobre todo si no te atienden bien. Terrible attention, very dirty comal and also the tortilla does not taste like anything. It seems that it only has dye and that's it. A quesadilla for 50 pesos is not worth it, especially if they don't serve you well.

Muy ricas y unicas quesadillas hechas al momento. Todas las tortillas que venden son hechas a mano. Y las tetelas mmm sencillas para no decir simples (eso a mi gusto) además de que no fue la combinación que pedí y no hubo mucho interés en cambiarlas... Difficult to give an opinion. Las tortillas están hechas de forma artesa. Hasta hoy, desde hace 3 años, no he encontrado otra tortilla igual, porque generalmente tienen poco maíz y mucha harina, ¡felicidades por rescatar el maíz de nuestro México! Puedes ver y comprar distintos tipos de maíces y los productos elaborados con ellos. Apoyan a pequeños productores y promueven la agricultura regenerativa y la biodiversidad. Son un gran emprendimiento social y ambiental. Venden masa, maíz, tortillas y quesadillas entero entre otras cosas. El servicio de alimentos es autoservicio, pero tienen mesitas para consumir. I love the tlacoyos and the marrow Esquites. The workshops are very interesting. You can see and buy different types of corn and the products made with them. They support small producers and promote regenerative agriculture and biodiversity. They are a great social and environmental enterprise. Food doesn't sound appealing from the menu descriptions either. It is too niche to entice the average consumer; and connoiseurs will know it is a bit bland. This place has a lot of untapped potencial; but it is apparent their lack of management, service design and overall concept inception.
