★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es el único lugar que recomiendo para comer caldos de gallina en toda la ciudad de Puebla. No hay otro que yo recomiende, este es muy bueno. Hay refil de caldo, lo único que les falta para ser perfectos es que las tortillas las hicieran al momento.

Lo único que no me agradó es que a la cemita le ponen frijoles y los chipotles que me llevaron no son los tradicionales para este platillo. El mole de panza está muy bueno y el caldo de gallina es excelente, además de ofrecen más caldo sin costo extra.
