El "técnico" que me asignaron revisó en 10 min mi calentador, me dijo que era la placa madre y que costaba entre 4,800 y 6,800 la reparación y se lo tenia que llevar, pero que si queria me vendía en 9,000 un calentador que el llevaba para que no me quedara sin boiler. Solo me robaron 200 pesos. Afortunadamente contraté a un técnico de verdad, le cambio el sensor del ventilador y problema resuelto, sin intentar venderme nada ni tratar de verle la cara de tonto a nadie. Su servicio es una basura, cero recomendables, un robo.
Terrible their service. The "technician" they assigned me checked my heater in 10 min, told me that it was the motherboard and that it cost between 4,800 and 6,800 to repair and I had to take it to him, but if he wanted he would sell me a heater that he carried for 9,000 so that I would not run out of boiler. They only stole 200 pesos from me. Fortunately, I hired a real technician, changed the fan sensor and problem solved, without trying to sell me anything or trying to make a fool of anyone. Your service is rubbish, zero recommendable, a robbery.
