★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio les pides una cotización y se tardan horas en responder y cuando te dan costos no especifican les da flojera contestar por correo y en sus líneas telefónicas nunca contestan , pésimo servicio en todos los aspectos.
 Terrible service you ask them for a quote and they take hours to respond and when they give you costs they do not specify they are lazy to answer by mail and on their telephone lines they never answer, terrible service in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer es estafa, la pagina de solin empaques cobra y no te mandan informacion ni el producto, los numeros y direccion no son, en logistica contestan pero no te dicen nada, que no tiene que ver con ellos, que mal por estafadores, solo compre un par para comprobar el servicio, pero si es que existen parece ser real que son pesimos.
Apparently it is a scam, the Solin Packaging page charges and they do not send you information or the product, the numbers and address are not, in logistics they answer but they do not tell you anything, which has nothing to do with them, too bad for scammers, only I bought a couple to check the service, but if they exist it seems to be real that they are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son baratos pero no tienen buen servicio al cliente. Nunca contestan teléfono y por whatsapp se tardan. Cuando contestan parece que ni quieren trabajar. Solo sigo usando los servicios porque aún no encuentro a otra compañía parecida.
El mes pasado me urgía una guía y por 2 días ni por WhatsApp, ni teléfono, ni correo contestaban. Pensé que ya ni existían.
The prices are cheap but they don't have good customer service. They never answer the phone and they take a long time on whatsapp. When they answer it seems that they don't even want to work. I only continue to use the services because I haven't found another similar company yet.
Last month I needed a guide and for 2 days they didn't answer WhatsApp, phone or email. I thought they didn't exist anymore.
