★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen precio para ser Tulum, habitación limpia, cómoda, todo nuevo, no tiene TV (a mí no me causa problema), no tiene estacionamiento pero dejamos el coche afuera y no hubo problema, tienen cámaras vigilando los alrededores, la recepción no funciona después de las 10 pm pero por WhatsApp en el hotel hermano te atienden súper bien. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
Good price for being Tulum, clean, comfortable room, everything new, it does not have TV (it does not cause me a problem), it does not have parking but we left the car outside and there was no problem, they have cameras monitoring the surroundings, the reception does not work afterwards from 10 pm but by WhatsApp in the sister hotel they serve you super well. I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and customer service! The room was clean and had everything that they offered us on booking. Nelly, at the front desk, is so attentive and friendly. The rooftop is what you need after a hot day in Tulum! The place is 20 mins by bike from the beach and less than 5 mins from the whole busy area and restaurants in the city center. Woul definitely come back and stay at Caliza Tulum if I visit Tulum in the future.
