★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Internet provider but, it's either this or other worst internet company. We're hoping for Izzi or telmex or total play to get here. I rather pay expensive but reliable than this. I have to call every other day to change my channel because they say its to crowded...
We r in 2021 and Mexico still has the worst internet service. We hardly get 20mbps...20! It's ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best wifi service providers here in Playa del Carmen. Jessica in the office speaks English, very nice person. If your area has optical fiber, it is the best - do not get effected by weather. You should get a power back up from RadioShack, about 3000 va so that your router has power even during the stormy days to have your Netflix on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the internet service to be terrible quality even when paying for the most expensive package. I would pay more to have more reliable internet than this provider as I am used to having excellent quality customer service and internet service at my house in Canada. They put down my internet speed to only 6mb a second which isn’t nearly enough for me as an investor with multiple devices open to make split second decisions. I wouldn’t recommend their service and will be changing service as soon as possible unless they provide me with higher quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only play GTA 5 on Xbox so i signed up for the plan specifically for gaming, but it will only connect about 5% of the time due to double NAT and who knows what other network problems. They came out to look and could not figure out the problem so the technician left and said its not their problem. I wish there was another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service down totally right now. Connected via messenger, today is sunday, said tech scheduled for tuesday! Called then, on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Kept saying I was next in line. Gave up. Horrible customer service. Does not even deserve one star.
