If you are an owner, better look for another real estate. They lost the keys to my property, apparently they left them with the plumber and changed the lock without notifying me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llevaron al Hotel St Martin y me recomendaron hacer contrato con ellos por un año en un estudio, y el lugar tiene ratas, nunca pagan el gas entonces no hay agua caliente y la alberca siempre esta sucia. Les pedi que me ayudaran a que los de la administración me regresaran mi deposito y esta fue su respuesta. Para ellos tener ratas, no agua caliente y no alberca es algo normal que no indica resicion de un contrato de un año. No confien en ellos y no renten con ellos.
They took me to the Hotel St Martin and they recommended that I contract with them for a year in a study, and the place has rats, they never pay for gas, so there is no hot water and the pool is always dirty. I asked them to help me get my deposit back from the administration and this was their response. For them, having rats, no hot water, and no swimming pool is something normal that does not indicate the termination of a one-year contract. Don't trust them and don't rent with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miguel is fantastic!! I was trying to find rent with a decent price and a nice place for our friends to stay in Playa. Given that we are in high season it seemed impossible. However, Miguel helped us, he stayed in contact over the phone and over email and helped us reserve an apartment. He solved in one day what I couldn't in two weeks. He is very trustworthy and very easy to deal with. If you looking for rent or to buy property in Playa I can highly recommend them!
