★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need FedEx services in this area go to Cancun to the main shipping center. This one is questionable, as soon as I walk in not speaking flurent Spanish so of course the system is down. They can only take cash, the amount she wanted changed from the first quote to a higher quote. I was over charged and she didn't write the amount I paid on the form. I couldn't file a complaint no proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is horrible. You wait outside in the rain, heat while 2 employees help one client at a time. One hr to get service. You should consider DHL a block away or UPS. Both cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One person at a time for service even though Quintana Roo is in green on the semáforo. And there was a line. Once inside, the service was excellent. No English spoken when I was there.
