★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 2 años pagamos un terreno y al día de hoy se nos informa que no lo podemos escriturar porque tienen problemas internos, estan en trámite judicial, situación que desconociamos.
Hay personas que pagaron y ni siquieta les han entregado el terreno. Solicitamos su apoyo para dar a conocer el FRAUDE y tener una respuesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible y no me refiero al desarrollo, si no al camino. Hace tiempo me dirigía a conocer las casas muestra pensando estaría relativamente cerca de la ciudad y mi experiencia fue terrible encontrar una carretera con un tráfico infernal de trailers, camiones de pasajeros, urbanos y de personal aparte de conductores privados yendo a exceso de velocidad como si fueran a cobrar una herencia exponiendo sus vidas y los que íbamos en el camino. Definitivamente ni loca compraría casa en un lugar tan retirado y en el que uno se juega la vida para llegar a casa gracias a los trailers, pipas, camiones y conductores irresponsables que no respetan límites de velocidad y se sienten dueños de el camino. Prefiero vivir tranquila en la ciudad donde no se pueda ir a la velocidad que se va en carretera. Horrible experiencia y no exagero. Lástima me quede sin conocer el lugar que al parecer pinta para estar de lujo.
Horrible and I don't mean the development, but the road. Some time ago I was going to see the sample houses thinking that it would be relatively close to the city and my experience was terrible to find a road with a hellish traffic of trailers, passenger trucks, urban and staff apart from private drivers going at speed as if they were going to collect an inheritance exposing their lives and those of us who were on the way. Definitely not even crazy would buy a house in such a secluded place where one risks life to get home thanks to trailers, pipes, trucks and irresponsible drivers who don't respect speed limits and feel like they own the road. I prefer to live quietly in the city where you cannot go as fast as you can on the highway. Horrible experience and I'm not exaggerating. Too bad I did not know the place that apparently paints to be luxurious.

Why is there no CFE service in development? We realized that none of the buildings have electricity service.
