Top notch hotel with great customer service,,,ask for Christian in the lobby and Tomas in the restaurant

I mean, this is supposed to be one of the best hotels, but sincerely, I would recommend it only because the service in place is amazing! Otherwise their hotel installations are old, and although the pool may be big enough, the beach has a public entrance, so even if you have a wonderful view at the beach, there are many other people who will be around

Perfectly situated hotel with the access to the beach. Large rooms with view and comfortable beds. 24 hours front desk service ready to help. Option with breakfast included was great choice as it was buffet style breakfast and there were many foods to choose for breakfast. I would recommend ordering cocktails from restaurant and enjoying them relaxing at outside pool.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel 1st got 5 rooms for 10 people when I got here none of the rooms was ready they say check in at 3pm I got here at 4pm then when I went into the room the mini refrigerator was locked they said it would cost $500 pesos to unlock it I asked if they can just take the stuff out so I could put my own drinks in they said it would cost me $200 pesos to use the mini refrigerator so I paid the $500 pesos and when I looked inside it was only 2 coke,2 water,2 beers and some nuts in a small can there a sign say Is valet parking But they're not doing it no more because of coivd but the nicer hotel are I'm just really disappointed in this hotel when I come to Veracruz I like to try different hotels but I will never come back here I brought my husband family here for a great time but I don't think it was worth the priced I paid

Extremely disappointed with this hotel, the air conditioner is broken in the entire facility, staff said it will take a few hours as it is a major repair, the room is too hot and as it is late and can't go a find another place. I can't even talk to the manager as she is not even here at least to try to do something to make things better.

Rooms are nice but they have a balcony and the safty metal bars are to separate not safe for kids and the halls have sliding doors easy to open and fall thru other than that very good service overall I rate this place with a 4.5 out of 5 star

We stayed 4 days. They provided amazing service! Amazing view! Very clean! You can tell they are super organized in providing the best experience! Pool and access to the ocean! We will definitely choose them in our next visit! Gracias a todos por su servicio!
