D	Darragh Fitzpatrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't fault the facilities, the location or the rooms. However I had two issues, the first is that breakfast is not complimentary as they advertise on their Google site (companies control what information is displayed here) but instead cost the equivalent of 15 euro which gets you a standard buffet, nothing special and downright bad value by mexican standards. The second issue was when checking out I called for a bellboy twice to help me with my bags but after 45 minutes I had to carry them up myself. I said this to the receptionist and didn't receive even an apology. I came from Las Brisas (ugly buildings and worse food) but at least the staff were attentive and numerous.

Hugo will bring you to your room and back. The location its self is set on top of a cero (hill) giving you a beautiful view of the area. We lobed this place and cant wait to come back! Thank You for the pleasant stay.
k	k m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel! Staff was great! Nice beach but not that great for swimming. Giving 3 stars because they had weddings 3 nights in a row and the music was very loud and went on well past quiet hours, it was impossible to sleep through!
S	Sofia dlg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The keys in the hotel do not work, if you get the key close to any magnet or cellphone they stop working. That means that you can’t keep your key in your purse if your purse has any magnet to close it. I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I just quickly went to the front desk to change it and go back to my room. When I asked why my card stopped working so I could make sure it didn’t happen again, the male receptionist was extremely rude and started looked annoyed when I tried to ask for help. I gave the place 3 stars because otherwise, my experience has been good so far but the front desk worker put my mood down. When I came on here to check if anyone else had had the same experience, I encountered plenty of comments having the same complaint about the hospitality of the front desk worker.

They just keeper sayings that it was my fault that that they not responsible for any lost items in the hotel. I asked they to verify on cámaras and they don’t have any . I think that real poor security for tourists. If you looking for a good time and you care about your love ones , there’s better hotel around the area with a 100% security system . Real bad experience and up management just don’t know how to deal with this kind of situations.
R	Rachel Marie Wrede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. They Advertise a quiet family oriented place. And we booked based on the comments that it was quiet. BUT as our luck would have it someone booked a wedding on the only night we decided to stay. This place books for $250 usd a night and up. It was a treat for us to enjoy our our plunge pool and our little deck. Instead We spent our only night listening to bad loud disco music well past 11 pm. We complained and the front desk did say we weren’t the only ones who complained. No kidding. If you book there ask first if they decided to book weddings and parties. Major false advertising. Super disappointed. And mad. If they told us when we booked we probably wouldn’t have stayed.

A great resort, our room was amazing with a beautiful ocean view, huge bathroom, balcony lots of space. Very helpful friendly staff! We will be back.
B	Brittney Leyva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel surpassed all my expectations!! The staff was absolutely amazing and so nice! The room had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool is nice and big. The beach is gorgeous. Can’t really swim in it since waves are pretty harsh but the view is breath taking and Huatulco has many beaches that you can visit. I felt safe the entire time I was in Huatulco! The taxis are very nice and give you recommendations on where to visit. We only ate a couple of times at the hotel since we like to venture out and explore. Food was good a the hotel. Cafe de Olla was amazing!! Taxis are very economical in price. I do recommend bringing cash whether it’s pesos or dollars in small bills, makes it easier to tip everyone and also for taxi rides.
