Just got back from the Riviera Maya, and Canada Transfers was excellent!!! They were on time (or even early!), very clean van, cold beers as requested, polite, professional drivers, easy to find at the airport, easy to book and confirm! All around perfect experience, will certainly use Canada Transfers again next time we travel to Cancun! Thank you for your great service!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experiencing with Canada Transfers Cancun. We called for a last minute pick-up from the airport to our hotel as our transportation plans fell through (called when we had already left the Cancun airport terminal!). They responded right away and were able to send us a private shuttle. I was originally feeling a little hesitant waiting for them as my only communication with them was through the phone (no confirmation details could be sent as it was requested last minute) and a number of other taxi drivers kept asking to give us a ride while we were waiting. The representative made sure to find us and identified me with my full name so I felt very safe after he found us and escorted us to the shuttle (the wait for him was not long at all!). Our drivers, Emilio (to resort) and Carlos (to airport) were very nice and talkative, we enjoyed talking to them a lot! I highly recommend this company and will be booking them going forward in the future! Thank you Canada Transfers!

We plan to take another trip to Cancun next summer, and I will most likely book with Canada Transfers again. We had such a pleasant experience with this company earlier this month when we visited for a family wedding. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and just plain nice. I wish I remembered their names, but the driver that took us to the hotel drove so carefully, I felt extremely safe especially with my 7 month old in the car. Our flight to Mexico from Houston was delayed by 2 hours, and I had no problem contacting them, and they had no problem waiting. They were ready at the airport exit with a sign that had my name. The driver that picked us up at the resort was also early and ready for us. Like I said, we had a pleasant experience.

We always use Canada Transfers when travelling in Mexico. They are amazing. ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE. We enjoy the deluxe ride on the way from airport to hotel and then then usually do the regular ride from hotel to airport. The drivers are so nice, and can generally speak good English. (I speak ok Spanish so doesn't matter much to me) But I know its important to others. This trip, I forgot to book our return transfer and they were able to fit us in by contacting customer service. I appreciated that so much! I'll be sure to book sooner next time. Thank you so much! Can't wait to travel with Canada Transfers again!

Just used Canada Transfers for the 1st time in the 6 years we’ve been coming to Cancun and can’t believe we haven’t used them sooner! Jorge and Ivan were absolutely wonderful. We were able to book drinks during our booking for the drive down. It was the quickest I’ve ever left the airport (usually we wait around a good 30 min before the car shows up). Not this time! They were ready and waiting on us. They were also on time to pick us up from our resort. We will definitely book them again for our next trip. ??????

We had a group of 32 travelling to Cancun and I had the pleasure of dealing with Luis Gaston Mendoza who is the Groups Manager. I can only say that as a travel agent I have seldom worked with someone so professional and caring as Luis. He made the whole process easy and seamless. We had a great number of changes both before arrival and while in Cancun and his response time was amazing and everything was arranged perfectly. Aside from that, I have worked with many transfer companies and I would be hard pressed to find many companies that are as professional, courteous and timely as this. I would definitely recommend.

Overall great experience! They were reliable, and had amazing customer service. At first I called because I wasn't able to find my address on the site to book (airbnb instead of a hotel) and they had no problem making it work for me. They were waiting at the airport, the car was clean, and the driver was friendly. I'm a woman travelling solo, and felt totally safe the whole time. I ended up cancelling my flight home and reached out via email about a refund, which they approved with no hassle at all (takes 20 days to process). Very good experience :)

Yes - excellent - this is the one to pick!! We googled and looked around at different companies and these guys had the best prices and best reputation put together. Our flight was delayed coming in, so we're we're technically very late for our ride, but it was still super easy at Cancun airport. We sat and had margaritas for twenty minutes and a new van came for us. They are big, clean, and comfortable. They have personal climate controls in the back for you and they have bottled water etc when you get in. They load up your luggage, and friendly and very nice, and they drive very well too. Like, they are fast but very safe and we felt 100% comfortable the whole way. They picked us up on time as scheduled from our resort in Tulum at the end of the vacation without any issues, and again the private van was very big and roomy, clean, and comfortable. Getting a private transfer is a bit of a luxury, but it's totally worth it for the comfort, privacy, and not having to be heeded like cattle on to a bus, or to be crammed into a tiny taxi. Canada Transfers was so easy and the staff and the actual rides were great. Gracias!
