Jonathon and the crew were AMAZING! They took great care of us. I was bummed that they discouraged touring the island via golf cart, they should offer a tour once you are there. We just hung on the beach, it was still a fun experience though.

We enjoyed our two tours with Cancun Adventures. The first one was a catamaran tour to Isla Murejes. The second one was to Cenote cave snorkeling. Unfortunately, the whale shark tour was cancelled due to bad weather. I appreciate that they were looking out for our safety and rescheduled another session right away. My only disappointment for now is that I haven’t received the link for the photos that we paid for. Still waiting a response. Shout out to Rene, Jonathan, and Miriam!

We were staying in Playa Del Carmen, and we took this catamaran tour as we really wanted to see Isla Mujeres. The company were very prompt in responding to our emails regarding pickup location, and they arrived on time at the pickup spot which was a good start. However, the transportation to and from Playa to Cancun took 2 hours each way after picking up from various resorts. This made the entire trip 11 hours for us. Once on the catamaran the crew were great, very attentive and friendly. The bar was open and the staff were quick at refreshing drinks, but it didn’t really feel like you had much time on board to make the most of it. If you did the snorkelling ‘tour’ then I think we were on the boat for 1.5hrs max. The snorkelling was average. We saw a few colourful fish and a couple of barracudas, but there is barely any coral unfortunately. The current is pretty strong too so being a strong swimmer is advised. 3 hours on Isla Mujeres was great, could have been longer as that was the main reason we wanted to do the tour. It’s enough time to rent a golf buggy and drive around the island but not enough time to also get food/chill/shop. We also paid extra for the ‘luxury’ version. Although there were fewer people (maybe 25-30) the boat was smaller so it still felt busy. The photos on the website are a bit misleading!

Although I loved the experience of riding on a catamaran to Isla Mujeres, I was a bit disappointed when snorkeling wasn’t available. Other than that I loved the experience and service.

We had an amazing experience on boat #8 with Fernando and his team! They were all very kind and fun. The winds were a little rough but they reassured us that they would not cancel our experience like other companies might. We had a very safe and fun experience on the water and loved being able to explore the island on golf carts. They really take such amazing care of you. I highly recommend them!!

Abraham, Diego, and the entire crew onboard #6 were fantastic! The crew was nice, knowledgeable, and helped make our experience so pleasurable. The sunset was spectacular and the boat was not overcrowded with other guests. This was an excellent experience!

Worth the $$ and was a super-fun time! We scheduled the snorkeling excursion to Isla Mujeres. We were picked up at our hotel, dropped off at the marina and everything was waiting and ready for us at the dock. It was simple, carefree and fun!! Jonathan was energetic and knowledgeable. The snorkeling portion was beautiful, and no one made us feel rushed. They fed us lunch and drinks, then dropped us off in Isla Mujeres. We played around for a few hours on the island then they picked us up, dropped us off on the mainland, and we got back in the taxi to the hotel. Everything was seamless and easy. We would have easily spent similar amounts trying to cobble together a similar day, a la carte.

Great time with Boat #17 and crew Sam, captain Jr. and the team! Great service. Food could’ve been a little simpler given the number of kids taking advantage of the excursion. All in all, would highly recommend these teams. Top notch service and safety!!
