Great communication and service overall.l (only waited 5 mins for driver after my schedule was delayed 1.5 hours). Clean car and great, personable driver from Cancun to Tulum alone. Thanks

We were excited to be visiting Cancun. After spending 1 1/2 hrs in custom lines we proceeded outside where our guy was suppose to be. No one around. Finally after a half hour we found someone from Etransfers. Then we waited another hour till they finally sent someone. On our way back part of our family ran into a lot of trouble (plane/transportation). So we had room in our van. So our driver said he would get into trouble if he reported 6ppl instead of 4. We gave him the extra $30. Then I looked it up on line. Same price for 6ppl…$65 round trip vs 4ppl…$65. Very disappointed. Wasn’t even offered bottles water. We feel taken advantage of. Will definitely do more homework next time. But up side the ride was nice.

So, the service was great! I only give them 3 stars because they have a selection (which I picked over who I usually use) that says the transportation comes with upto 6 drinks (including beer)... When I asked for only 2 beers, they said no! The bad part is it was on my receipt and they still said no! Despite it being their website and selection! So no driving complaints, but broken promises go a long way! I will go back to their competitor that I usually use (3-7 times a year) for $10 more on principle... Don't use bait and don't deliver!

Outstanding prompt, on time and friendly service. The vehicles that picked us up to and from the airport were recent models, very clean and well maintained. Our drivers were both very polite and helpful. Our driver on our way to the airport was named, Alberto Burguete. He was awesome. Very helpful and had a great conversation with us. Made the trip to the airport go by fast. I will use this company again. Good rates and great service.

There was a lady waiting for us at the airport with a sign E-Transfers. They sent several emails the day before to confirm date and time of our transfers. They gave us free sanitizers and masks before boarding the van. Dulce was the driver who took us to the condo at Playa del Carmen. This was a private transfers so we had a van to ourselves and there was no stops in the way to the condo. Dulce was very professional and gave us several tips on how to do groceries at Walmart and several sites to visit. For our return, we also received emails the day before to confirm our time and date for the transfer to the airport. Jorge the driver was right on time, was professional and friendly. We had quick responses from E-transfers to questions we sent via email. We paid $110 round trip and the condo was 50 min from the airport. We recommend E - Transfers (Cancun Airport Transportation, Inc). Great experience and value. Dec 15-29, 2021

Worst experience ever! I would give them zero stars if I could!!! I booked a shuttle to our hotel in Playacar from the Cancun airport on Cancun Airport Transportation's website. I got a confirmation email saying my booking was complete and gave me a confirmation number. I saved that email to reference when we arrived at the airport. We collect our bags and head out to the shuttle area (like we've done many times before), I show my confirmation email to an airport employee who directs me to the agent for Cancun Airport Transportation. We show the CAT employee our reservation confirmation email and he can't find our reservation (photos attached show the person we talked to had the exact same company name/logo as what was on my confirmation email). He walks away and helps other people and comes back over with some other employee. Again they say they can't find our reservation so they can't help us. Nobody seemed to have any idea what was going on. We ended up having to take a taxi and pay another $100 to get to our hotel. A couple hours after we get to our hotel CAT texts me to confirm my reservation. I respond and explained what happened at the airport. The company said I should have received another email after the confirmation email with instructions on how to find the correct shuttle company. Apparently CAT contacts with other shuttle services and that was who our reservation was with. There is nothing in the confirmation email that tells you to look for another email with instructions. It was from a different company so it went to my spam folder and I never saw it until we were at our hotel. They would not refund our money. They said it was my fault for not reading the email I wasn't expecting. Don't book with this company they are scammers!!!

Not very good service. Arrive at airport and they didn't show a booking for us nor have a vehicle for us. I had to show them proof of purchase and call myself to find out what happened. After proving I had paid they said they would send a driver but didn't have a time. We had to argue with them for one immediately or a refund. About another 10-15 minutes they had a driver. They did not have their stuff together. We got in wait looked like and economy plan van, (we paid for premium private). Driver did not have nor offer anything that came with the premium service. We asked to stop for pick up snacks on the way Driver said it was an additional $35 dollars. We argued with him and again had to prove we paid for the premium service. He would not go to the store we wanted and had to settle for one that they got to. Driver seemed stressed by person he was talking to on phone which seemed like his boss. On return trip driver was on time, however no communication, no refreshments, nothing. We have been to Cancun area several times and usually use another transfers service. Since we made trip last minute our normal service was booked and we thought we would try this one. I personally would not recommend it nor will I use again. Over charged and didn't deliver.

Excellent service. Very clear instructions on how to find their staff at Cancun airport. The wait time at Cancun airport was about 10 minutes. We were provided with a mask and hand sanitizer. The driver arrived at the resort well before the departure time. Highly recommended
