-BUYER BEWARE- purchased a tour for me and my 3 daughters to see cenotes . I thought I was purchasing a guided tour. However it turned out to be more like a taxi service. They picked me and my girls up 10 min late. Once we got on the bus they said there would be 2 groups one was going to the coba ruins and one to cenotes. Once it was our stop around 8:30 am. the guide got off with us and said this is where the cenotes are. I will pick you up at 1pm. He just left us there!!! I paid for another guide that was there to give us private tour which was 30$usd. Once our tour was over around 11:30 we just waited around untill 1pm for them to pick is up. They were 30 min late they just left us waiting in the hit sun. They had no considerations for a mom traveling alone with her kids! This is a horrible, horrible, unprofessional company. Shame on them. I would ask for my money back but as unprofessional as they are it would be more of a headache. So save yourself a headache and travel with a reputable company!

Great! We did a group tour in Tulum of the ruins, zip lining, snorkeling in a sink hole, and rappelling. They picked us up on time from our airport in a clean, well air conditioned van. They had great communication around what to bring. Our tour guide Homero was very knowledgeable. The sinkholes were AMAZING! And the food included was authentic and delicious. The one minor note is that you cannot take your camera with you when you go zip lining/cave diving. From a logistical standpoint it totally makes sense. If you drop your phone in the jungle they’re not going to get it. ? They take really nice professional photos of you during the day but they are a little pricey ($80) to purchase all of them. In my opinion, worth it because the quality is great but important info so you’re not caught off guard. Great experience! Would do again.

Took 11 tours with Cancun All Tours and I am generally very satisfied. They work with a lot of local agencies, so it is convenient to arrange the majority of your tours with them. They were very responsive (even early in the morning) and gave me a discount for taking 11 tours with them. However, ask whether tours have bilingual guide (if you need it), since it may happen that guides of local agencies barely speak English.
