Cancun Dive Shop Deep Life Divers - 77500 Cancún

Just returned from a couple of excellent dives with these guys. Everything was well taken care of from start to finish. I had reasonably priced transport arranged from my hotel to the dive centre and back; both were punctual and I was the only person in the van. We did a deep wreck dive first and saw barracudas and eagle rays. The second dive was a shallow reef dive where we saw a turtle and a nurse shark. There were only 7 people on the boat (three customers and the rest were staff), all wearing masks and maintaining their distance. We had good pre-dive briefs and everyone was polite and friendly. All in all a great half day. Well done Eduardo, Vicente and team!

I reached out to Deep Life Divers based on the many reviews I read and they did not disappoint. Eduardo promptly responded to all my messages any time of the day or night. He arranged for all my pickups even to and from the airport. We dived with them for our week vacation and it was amazing. He arranged for. Day trip to Cozumel which was amazing also. One day was postponed due to weather, he quickly rearranged our dive and offered non diving excursions if we wanted to do them. He check on us after each day to verify if there was anything else we needed. He basically went above and beyond daily. I'm sure they have other wonderful dive masters but we had Carla Garza and she is hands down the best person we have been with. REQUEST her she is amazing, personable, caring, attentive, educated and most of all loves what she does. She loves the ocean and all its beautiful life. After the first day with her I requested to keep her for the entire week and she rearranged her week just for me.. now thats service!! She gives tips for ways to be a better diver and goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy yourself. I felt safe with her at all times and most certainly will request her the next time we visit. Side note she tried her best to be one with nature and summon dolphins for my birthday.. they didn't listen but its nature what do you expect lol... stop reading book with them you won't regret it!!

It was my first time Scuba Diving and I could not of asked for a better experience. Ed went absolutely above and beyond what was required to get me a spot as I requested a spot late. It seemed he was onto every instructor to get me a spot ? My instructor was Vincente who was fantastic, he looked after me and kept an eye on me knowing it was my first time. I must say that the customer service I experience was world class. Any one going Scuba Diving needs to go with Deep Life Dive ?

Just back from a short trip to Cancun where I spent 3 days with Deep Life Divers: 2-tank reef dives, Cenotes (The Pit, Batcave and Barbie Line), and whale shark snorkeling on day 3. Eduardo was great in suggesting options and arranging logistics including hotel pick-up and drop-off. First time in Cancun so convenience, responsiveness and professionalism were important for the best possible experience. From Eduardo to the drivers to the dive masters, my expectations were exceeded and as a result I have great memories to look back on. When I make it back, DLD will have my business again.

After my first day of getting my PADI certification, I was a little apprehensive about diving (due to it feeling so unnatural to breath underwater). I was freaked out and doubted I would come back. However, I talked to both Eduardo and Daniel. They reassured me and made sure every step of the process was at my speed. The instructors are great and very patient, even with a wimp like me. I went from deciding that I was not coming back to getting my certification. If it wasn’t such a solid crew, it probably wouldn’t have happened. My only regret was that I didn’t make more time to do some more follow up dives for fun. I hope I get to dive with these guys again in the future!

We decide that instead of diving this time, we would do the whale shark snorkel. Absolutely amazing! I was very hesitant on picking a company I was not familiar with. I am so thankful we picked Deep Life Dive! They picked us up from the hotel, drove us to the marina. We had breakfast, then we boarded the boat. I want to pause for a moment. The reason Deep Dive appealed so much to me is that their cost was inexpensive for what others cost. I was absolutely torn with going VIP vs a more public price. I decided to do public pricing and based on the descriptions of Deep Dive, thought it was worth the gamble. The gamble paid off. Deep Dive only allows 6 people on a tour (especially now due to Covid). I was part of one couple and there was another onboard. It took about 1 hour to get to the where the whales are located, but it was a fun ride. When we got there, it was breathtaking. The captain got us extremely close, and we got to go multiple times! The crew spoke great English, and we had a blast! There were other boats there, and those boats were PACKED! I would have hated being on any of those boats. After the whale snorkeling, we set out for Isle of Mujeres where we had an amazing lunch. It was actually the best food we had during our whole trip! We swam and relaxed until it was time to return back. We returned, they drove us back to our hotel and we already miss it! In summary - DO NOT PAY for some VIP private tour for 2k. Instead, go with these guys! They didn't treat us like a number, they treated us with amazing service.Get treated with VIP service without pay VIP pricing. Deep Dive delivers! With such amazing service - you bet we will be using them when we return for diving!

Went cenote (Pit & Dos Ojos) and Cozumel diving. Everything great end to end. On time for pickup, good drivers, great dive masters, good boat, small groups. Plus available on text to finalize all details pre and post dives. As good as it gets.

Awesome experience! Both instructors are extremely patient and will not force you to do anything you arent comfortable with. They will tell you that you should atleast try it at your pace and comfort level. We had 1 diver with our group who found out it wasnt for them. So they let her snorkel above us instead. They do a shore training which is super informative and lets you build confidence before you dive in open water. They remind all guest to take motion sickness meds. And they feed you a fresh fruit bowl on the boat inbetween dives. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about trying scuba or having them as a guide if you are already certified. We are from Texas and had no idea which company to go with. This is the company you wanna use.
