★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed learning to free dive with Jorge in Cancun! Jorge was a great instructor and made everyone in the group feel at ease. We spent time doing bookwork, a static dive in a pool and a couple days at different cenotes. Learning to dive in the cenotes was a special experience and glad I decided to do this. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This three day course is incredibly well structured, starting with the basics of how the body works, followed by yoga and breathing movements related to freediving. The following days are spent discovering the cenotes and the different diving techniques that make this experience unique. Far from the tourist activities of Cancun, this experience is incredible and allows you to acquire skills for other sports where breathing is a factor. Thanks Jorge !
