Loved this place and I will return. Very clean people were nice the building is so special as you can tell great location excellent restaurants nearby and park.

Great location to meet locals and try variety of Mexican food and snacks in walking distance.Also quite easy access to Hotel Zone by bus. Very nice staff. I like to thank Martha, Denise and the manager who were always available to help. The only downside is the breakfast. Overall, I liked it a lot.

Really pretty hotel and very clean. My 3 night stay was quiet, calm, and it's in a excellent location. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and kind. Next time I'm in Cancun I'll book again without hesitation.

Unbelievable. We arrive after paying and confirming over the phone just to be told that they do not have a room for us. Such a scam. Keep looking.

If I ever re-visit Cancun, will stay here again. Superb hospitality, great location! Delightful breakfast! Only regret would be that they don't offer lunch and dinner but there are enough options a few steps away!

I stayed here two years ago and today came back to look it up for future stays and was shocked that it’s considered a 3-star hotel! So, I had to review. Fantastic hotel. Great service and a beautiful place. Friends and I booked it as we love culture more then resorts and knew it was cheap so we weren’t sure exactly what we were getting. It was phenomenal. Beautiful place, beautiful area. The people are great and your getting an authentic experience. I agree with everyone else who put 5 stars and anyone who put 3 or less I don’t understand because I would book this place again in a heart beat. The fact that I remembered this place fondly two years later is amazing. Also cancun makes it REALLY easy to get to the hotel zone and beaches from in-town so that’s also not a problem or downfall. Stay here if you like authentic things, trust me.

I was loving there 1 night on April 17. the best service I ever had in Cancun downtown. The reception guy was really nice, patient and always willing to help. the hotel location is pretty closed to the market where the local event s held there. If you would like to experience the night life in Cancun downtown. You must book a room from there.
