Cancun Limo - 77500 Cancún

We had a lovely experience with Cancun Limo who picked us up from the airport and returned us for departure. Customer service is excellent, very friendly and highly responsive. Drivers are professional and helpful. Limos are very clean with all the bells and whistles! Highly recommended!

Important: DO NOT USE CANCUN LIMO FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. They made my guests 40 min late to my wedding. It was the only wedding I’ve ever experienced where there was a delay in driving because of the transportation services. Also, THEY LITERALLY NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK EVERYONE UP FROM THE VENUE TO BRING THEM BACK TO THE RESORT. I spoke to the manager of the company, Barbara. She has been nothing but rude and condescending about the entire ordeal. She claims that she has “gps proof” that the driver was there (Mandala Beach Club). But my wedding coordinator, along with other staff, waited outside with my group 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive (11:30pm- we were outside since 11:20pm) and waited for more than 20 minutes before we realized that we had to call for another form of transportation. The GPS “proof” she sent has a time stamp of 11:56pm. Pickup was scheduled for 11:30pm. And if you read her response, she admits the bus was 5 minutes down the road. Which is not anywhere close to what was agreed upon as a pickup location for my more than 20 guests in the middle of the night of a foreign country. Also, if you read the owners response to another 1 star review that encountered the same problem of not being picked up, they state that their office closes at 11pm. So, for that customer, that’s their reasoning behind not answering for help. For me, the opposite was expected…to know to call after business hours and someone would have been able to help. This company is very convenient at changing their tune to what narrative fits their story best at the time. To point out another discrepancy in her response. We had 5 contracted services. 2 limo transports to the venue (bride and groom transport), 1 bus that brought the rest of our guests to the venue (that was 40 minutes late), 1 shuttle to pick guests up from the venue and return them to the resort at 9:30pm, and the final bus that never showed up at Mandala Beach at the contracted time of 11:30pm, that was supposed to bring everyone else back to the resort. She has been wish-washing on her responses about the situation. In one emails she says she’ll refund the money and in another she says she refuses to. The refusal of a refund started when she offered to refund me in MX pesos, but not at the current exchange rate even though I had paid for my services in USD. I told her that I either needed to be refunded in USD or in MX pesos including the exchange rate that I shouldn’t be responsible for paying. In the last email exchange she instructed me on how to request a refund through PayPal, then when PayPal accepted my request, she messaged them saying that she refuses to refund me. This is a shady, untrustworthy business.

We loved our experience with Cancun Limo. They were prompt for pick up, in contact with us from the moment we landed, the driver was very kind and helpful. He also spoke English very well. Highly recommend!!

Rented a limo for my partner and I’s anniversary, our driver, David, was very sweet and attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to make sure our day ran smoothly, even recording our little experiences and sending them to us! Although we were late, they accommodated us throughly with no issues, their service is amazing as well as their choice of cars. I will 100% be using this service the next time Im in Mexico! Thank you David & staff!

I booked roundtrip service from the airport to/from my resort as a suprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. The directions were easy to follow and it was easy to communicate with them through the app. We were surprised with a free bottle of champagne/sparkling wine and other drinks. The limo was clean and had good music. Our driver,David, even opened the moonroof for us. We also had David driving us back to the airport. This limo service was such a nice experience. I plan to book them again whenever I go back to Cancun.

Unreliable and dishonest company. Cancun Limo was supposed to drive our group of wedding guests from a venue back to where we were staying. They never showed up for the second run despite 20+ of us waiting at the pick up location. We were there at least 10 minutes before pickup and waited a long time. We eventually had to hire another shuttle company to bring us back as we waited past midnight for them. The bride who hired the service has not been refunded for the ride, and the representative has been argumentative with her.

Ernesto was our driver and I can not speak highly enough of him. He was great, safe and efficient. Our pick time was 2am on our return trip and I was concerned about the time being missed. Not only was it not missed he was plenty early and waiting on us. I will hands down use cancun limo again and request Ernesto! Well done and thank you from my family for the safe and hassle free service.

Friendly & reliable. Would highly recommend! The 5 star rating is well deserved. Fantastic communications and service, and very reliable. Barbara stayed in touch with us and when our flight was significantly delayed, she made sure we were picked-up after midnight and helped our 21 YO who arrived earlier get safely to resort instead of waiting at the airport for hours. Understanding our reluctance to send a young man alone in a car, she provided all the needed info. including photos of the car plate and driver’s license to put our mind at ease. Even had the driver send us photos when he picked-up our son. Would highly recommend.
