★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descuidado, les falta mucho mantenimiento a todo el hotel, desde las albercas y las habitaciones hay demasiada humedad, huelen muy feo.
Very neglected, the entire hotel lacks a lot of maintenance, from the pools and the rooms there is too much humidity, they smell very ugly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable service. They only allow credit card payment for half the trip. Now I know why. Probably never planned to pick me up at the hotel for the return trip to the airport. Will report delinquent charge and hopefully get my half of the money back.
Good luck trying to call them. I would recommend using other services.
