This transportation is very reliable with amazing tours! The guide was amazing, friendly, and funny. I would recommend no other service if you want to see some local sights or just need transportation. The automobiles are clean and comfortable with air!

I highly recommend Cancun Shuttle Travel! The drivers are professional, punctual and welcoming, and their vehicles are clean and spacious. My transport to and from the airport went off without a hitch. I will definitely use Cancun Shuttle Travel whenever I come back to Cancun, and hope to also plan a day trip to Holbox with them. Frederic is a well rounded service provider who goes above and beyond and provides excellent communication. He responds within 30 minutes over email and usually is available when making calls to the office. His shuttle drivers arrive when they are expected and are prompt to get to the destination. Due to unfortunate circumstances with my passport, I was unable to enjoy the trip. However, my group of 7 people told me they had no trouble with the services by Frederic his team of drivers at Cancun Shuttle. They have the by far, best 'private shuttle' rates for our group. Surprisingly we got more than we paid for because as stated above, the drivers were on time and there was no hassle. The only concern I would like people to be aware of is that my group was unable to connect with Frederic by phone when they wanted to make a change to their pick up time. They kept getting a Mexican robo operator. They have Verizon and T-Mobile phones and both were unable to get through. Fortunately with my lame butt at home in the US, my cell phone was able to connect with Frederic to make the change on behalf of the group. I don't believe the inability to make calls to Cancun Shuttle from within Mexico is specific to the Cancun Shuttle team but seems more like an issue for travelers. Just something to be aware of once you're in Mexico. In conclusion, this place has my business for the next time I make it back out to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

Our family of 4 did a private shuttle for just a few dollars more. Drivers both ways were great! The guy at the airport who met us also was nice and welcoming. I screwed up and didn't call to confirm that they needed to pick me up as it says that in big bold letters on my sheet. I was so thankful I didn't have to explain that error to my wife as the shuttle came anyway. I was reluctant to find a shuttle that I could trust so that is the only reason I wrote the review. We booked a private car for an airport pick up and drop off with Cancun Shuttle. Travel, An extremely professional outfit, with drivers who are immaculately turned out, and cars which are in tip top condition both inside and out. The driver was great, friendly, chatty, informative and made us feel at ease and not awkward like some private chauffer's can. The cost was also very competitive. I will definitely be using them again on my next trip to Cancun. From start to finish the driver and the tour guide were professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. This was one of the best email experience I've had in a long time when I did the SUV email service. I do not usually write reviews on experiences mail but this was too good to be true. You have made my two short stays (transits) in Mexico last October an unforgettable experience during the flight from San Diego to Mexico. You were always on time at the airport and competent and have led us safely through the city traffic. The operator gave me patience with all the options that were available. I wonder if the sparkling wine is available on request on board! Yes, on request. His additional efforts to me and my clients were extraordinary.
