Excelente serviço. Contratei serviço de traslado (aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto) e 2 tours com eles. Pontuais e simpáticos. Ser recebida em Cancún com uma cerveja gelada e wi-fi na van é tudo de bom!

Fantastic service, on time to pick up from the airport, gave us lots of info, the driver even gave us a couple beers and taught us some Spanish! Flawless on pickup for departure also!

We had the opportunity to explore the beautiful architecture and History of Chichen Itza with the help of our tour guide JORGE. Don’t get me wrong, Jorge is very intelligent but, his lecturing skills was annoying. He admitted that he had always been grumpy, and he’s been doing his job for 15 years and he has a lot of books that he read blablabla… Seriously though, no one cares. I don’t think he is a great tour guide. Aside from that, they will sell you to upgrade into a “VIP” which they say will supposed to “SAVE” you from a long line, assured seats, luxury bus and alcoholic beverages throughout. It’s $25.00 per person. Let me tell you this. NOT WORTH IT and DO NOT upgrade nor listen to all their sales pitch. First of all, nobody had to make a line. The people with VIP and the people without VIP didn’t have to make a line anyway. There’s no luxury bus. We were seating with VIP and non-VIP people. No alcoholic beverages were offered until the 2nd stop which was 5 hours in to the trip already. We ate in the buffet and we had to listen some religious ritual while waiting for the food and the souvenir shop was overpriced. Seriously, is this what we are paying for? I feel like the entire morning was wasted and we only spent 50 mins at Cenote and 20 mins at Valladolid where we could have enjoyed more time to swim at Cenote. Jorge is very ungrateful. He basically told us if we have coins to not put it in a tip jar or $1 bills that are rolled and looks OLD. I really appreciate MOSQO. He was very attentive in asking us if we like drinks or if everything is okay. Chichen Itza is a very pretty place and lots of history. It would be better if Jorge wasn’t our tour guide.

I had a layover of 18h in Cancun and I went to a hotel. I booked this company and was a terrible mistake. It cost me 50 Cad in total the two trips. I got only to the hotel. To go back they simply forgot about me. I phone and I was told that they have nobody. Therefore I was forced to pay 30USD to get to the airport. No refund either.

Sad that this company allows their employees to cheat customers out of money. Dont purchase anything through their employees as they will charge more then the actual cost to pocket the cash. We went on the dancer cruise and rented a golf cart from the employees and they ripped us off and when we were leaving we found they had ripped off others. We were charged $40 dollars per hour and heard whispering when we picked up about not telling us something, so we called the location from the rental and were told that rentals cost $300 pesos (less than $20dollars) per hour. When we confronted employees we were told we could have have looked for our own service rather than purchasing their offer. Really sad that you get ripped off after paying so much for a family activity

We did the all day all exclusive tour with Jorge and the crew on the Dancer which was truly a ship load of fun. This crew enjoys their job! They love what they do. The trip to the isle of mujerles was truly fun. Snorkeling was fun. Plenty of exercise. Even though I'm not a strong swimmer I was able to keep up. I was tired at the end. It was a very delightful experience.

As a TRAVEL AGENT/AGENCY In CANADA booking transfers for my clients, please tell me how does a companies driver get “LOST” to pick up clients from a resort so they can get to the airport on time?????? Unbelievable! No contact from this company to reach out to me either by email or phone so I could make additional arrangements or even contact my clients to advise them of the issue. I go above and beyond to see that my clients vacations are painless and to hear this I am so disgusted even after personally calling this company on Wednesday for my other set of clients and was literally reassured by both Amin, the Manager and Melina “my go to girl” that my clients will be picked up on time and looked after! Was told by a Jessica or Jennifer that my clients should call a Taxi. Sure do hope that my clients do not miss their flights and that they are compensated for their inconvenience and loss !!!!
