Dejé mi computadora que tenía un problema para solucionarlo. Me informaron periódicamente del avance del trabajo, de las pruebas realizadas, hasta encontrar una solución al problema. El servicio fue excelente y la atención al cliente más que perfecta. Responden a los mensajes de inmediato. Me sorprendió gratamente. Muy buena atención y servicio. La laptop que lleve a reparar ya la daba por perdida, pero la repararon y ahora funciona bien. El precio me pareció justo por el trabajo que realizaron. Sin duda volvería a usar sus servicios.

Best place for cell phone, laptop and general computer repairs

My laptop was water damaged and I thought that all was lost. As a Canadian living in Mexico, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find someone who could help me restore my laptop properly (my Spanish is very bad!). The guys at Cancunet were fantastic - when I first walked in they advised me to go home and try a few things before spending any money on repairs. To me, that showed me that they genuinely cared about my situation and only wanted to take my computer in if it was necessary. I returned to have them service my laptop and they were able to restore it completely, even completing some very delicate micro-soldering where I had accidentally ripped my battery connection from the motherboard. I couldn't believe it! I drove from Tulum twice for their service, and it was well worth it. If you need computer repair, the team at Cancunet should be your #1 choice. They were fast, reliable, and their customer service was exactly what I needed. Thanks so much guys!

I found this business from other reviews on google, as soon as I walked through the door I had a great feeling about this place. The service was outstanding and very honest, one computer needed a new hard drive and works like new again, they backed up all my information to the new one and returned my old drive. I was so pleased with their work they repaired another computer for me. I definitely recommend this place, very professional, fast, honest , good price and really nice guys working there. I have used 2 other companies in Cancun and by far they are the best.
