Visión
Ser la empresa humana de prestación de servicios funerarios plus por excelencia en Jalisco; líder en el servicio de gran clase al alcance de los tapatíos.
En Octubre de 1993 iniciamos el proyecto de establecer una casa funeraria con un concepto diferente al que se acostumbraba, con instalaciones de primer nivel y con un sentido de vida.
Este proyecto se reactiva en 1996 encontrándose la finca idónea para el desarrollo del proyecto en una zona exclusiva de Guadalajara; General San Martín esquina con López Cotilla y en enero de 1997 se constituye INFINITY Funeral Home S.A. de C.V.
Iniciándose los trabajos de adecuación a una casa funeraria, inaugurándose oficialmente el día 30 de Mayo de 1997 por el C. Gobernador del Estado Ing. Alberto Cárdenas Jiménez, siendo impartida la bendición por el Emmo. Sr. Cardenal Juan Sandoval Íñiguez.
Siendo una de las principales funerarias de Guadalajara debemos de tener en cuenta que la mentalidad de cada uno de los que integran la planta laboral de esta empresa es de continuo progreso e innovación, pero siempre concentrados en dar el mejor servicio en el tiempo presente, servicio que será siempre parte del simbólico paso a la eternidad por un ser querido, eternidad guardada en el corazón de cada uno de quienes recuerdan a esa persona tan especial que tomó antes que otros el camino final, recibiendo su último homenaje de una manera respetuosa, eficiente, bella; Acorde al sentimiento que todos deseamos cuando se da el último adiós a alguien especial.
Hoy en día gracias a su preferencia contamos con dos premios importantes a nivel Internacional: el Premio a la Calidad, Laurel de Oro; y el Premio Internacional a la Excelencia Empresarial, The Bizz Award.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 2 de junio asistimos a un Funeral, había demasiados moscos provenientes de la fuente que estaba atrás del feretro, en plena contingencia de covid-19 y DENGUE son cosas que no deben de dejarse pasar, se tiene que dar mantenimiento a las fuentes ya que la bomba hacia mucho ruido y en un momento de duelo llega a ser molesto. Si es necesario fumigar o agregar algún quimico a las aguas pues deberían de hacerlo. En general mantenimiento a todo el lugar, el personal muy amable.
On June 2 we attended a Funeral, there were too many flies coming from the source that was behind the coffin, in the midst of the covid-19 and DENGUE are things that should not be missed, the sources must be maintained already that the pump made a lot of noise and in a moment of mourning becomes annoying. If it is necessary to fumigate or add some chemical to the waters, they should do it. Overall maintenance to the whole place, very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció pésimo servicio ya que no se respeta realmente el paquete adquirido con anterioridad. Uno prevé pero al final te terminan cobrando como si fuera otro servicio cuando en otras casas funerarias te respetan los costos y no se exceden. Lo peor es que lo tienes que pagar por que ya lo adquiriste y lo necesitas. No los recomiendo para nada como prevención.
I found it to be a terrible service since the package purchased previously is not really respected. One foresees but in the end they end up charging you as if it were another service when in other funeral homes they respect the costs and do not exceed them. The worst thing is that you have to pay for it because you already bought it and you need it. I do not recommend them at all as prevention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusan del dolor exceden los costos al final termine pagando mas de $20,000 y mi servicio ya lo tenia pagado por completo, se resguardan en la pandemia cuando la persona fallece por secuelas de covid, si no pagas los $8,500 NO ATIENDEN EL SERVICIO por resguardo de cuerpo te cobran más de $6,000 cuando el servicio en contrato es de 24 horas no lo ajustan a contrato, el cuerpo se entrega ya encapsulado y no te ajusta la diferencia del embalsamamiento porque ya no sería necesario al final todo el paquete de 4 horas de velacion y traslado al templo y panteón fueron más de $40,000 de que sirve prevenir si en ese momento se tienen que conseguir lo de según ellos excedente. Espero alguien los regule pues abusan en cuanto a costos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un recinto muy bonito, limpio, varias salas separadas, solo q tenía 3 paquetes liquidados desde hace años y llegas a solicitar el servicio y resulta q sales pagando miles de pesos más, xq no respetan los contratos firmados desde q haces contrato,se disculpan q han cambiado reglas,tenía 3 desayunos pagados y tampoco llegaron, tal no parece q deba de aplicar así pues contrato es contrato, ya no lo recomendaré, el recepcionista de la noche es muy abusivo, lucran con tu dolor lastima sus instalaciones muy confortables
