P	Pryssila Pérez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé una noche está bien por el precio pero no tenían internet y el servicio de televisión por cable no funcionaba por falta de pago. Me dieron una habitación con dos camas y una de las camas tenía las sábanas sucias. I stayed one night it's ok for the price but they didn't have internet and the cable TV service didn't work due to lack of payment. They gave me a room with two beds and one of the beds had dirty sheets.
G	Gilberto Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, primero nos dieron una habitación donde no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, después nos movieron a otra habitación donde no había agua caliente, para terminar nos movieron a una tercera habitación donde supuestamente había agua caliente pero no tenía lavamanos, incluso el baño estaba sucio y con insectos, la peor parte fue ver ácaros en la cama y con manchas. Pedimos devolución del dinero por la pésima experiencia y aún así nos querían cobrar cuando la culpa no fue nuestra. Es un hotel en pésimas condiciones. The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, first they gave us a room where the air conditioning didn't work, then they moved us to another room where there was no hot water, finally they moved us to a third room where there was supposed to be hot water but it didn't. sinks, even the bathroom was dirty and with insects, the worst part was seeing mites in the bed and with stains. We asked for a refund for the terrible experience and they still wanted to charge us when it was not our fault. It is a hotel in poor condition.

Then when we arrived at the hotel, the room has dirty, only had a single towel, the bathroom was horrendous, and the AC barely worked. Photos posted of this place do not represent the reality, I only wished to have taken some of my own to attach to this reservation. Frankly, for this same price, there are a lot of better options in the city. I stayed in the room for 10 minutes before making another reservation in another hotel and running away from there.
G	Gigi Gavis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location Location Location ! Amazing hotel I highly recommend this hotel super clean, great AC staff is really nice and you can change the tv to English. Location is awesome the Hotel is located next to the most popular mall in Cancun I went to the others and they were empty the mall has everything you can want even a grocery store! And the beach is a bus or taxi ride away taxis are super cheap here, but I would take the bus its cheaper. Happy Travels :)
