No regresaría ni gratis, lo escogí por que lleva prisa de llegar a un compromiso, de los peores errores de mi vida... The truth as a passing hotel is fine, but the hotel is aesthetically ugly and the rooms smell bad, it looks old, and you can hear all the noise from the outside, there is humidity and crawling animals .. I would not return for free, I chose it because is in a hurry to reach a compromise, one of the worst mistakes of my life ...
M	Miguel Angel Solis Colon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE "HOTEL" tengo que decir que La señora de recepción es muy amable, pero no creo que sea un buen lugar para hospedarse, en las fotos de Google, se mira muy bonito, la realidad es que el área se mira muy peligrosa, el hotel entero o el 2ndo piso donde estuve tiene un muy mal olor en los pasillos, cuando entre a la habitación creo que habían cucarachas, no es muy limpio el lugar, el baño también se miraba asqueroso, la cama la verdad se miraba limpia pero con la condición de todo el lugar me dio miedo dormir ahí, las cosas se miraban pegajosas y mal limpiadas, solo estuvimos allí unos 3 minutos mientras pedíamos uber para irnos a otro hotel, la verdad lamentablemente deberían ser un poco más limpios, repito la señora de recepción fue muy amable, pero no creo que nos devuelvan el dinero en Expedia, por favor miren otras opciones cuando anden acá en Monterrey Centro, 0 Estrellas... ? DO NOT STAY IN THIS "HOTEL" I have to say that The lady at the reception is very friendly, but I don't think it is a good place to stay, in the Google photos, it looks very nice, the reality is that the area looks very dangerous, the entire hotel or the 2nd floor where I stayed has a very bad smell in the corridors, when I entered the room I think there were cockroaches, the place is not very clean, the bathroom also looked disgusting, the bed was really it looked clean but with the condition of the whole place it scared me to sleep there, things looked sticky and poorly cleaned, we were only there for about 3 minutes while asking for uber to go to another hotel, honestly they should be a little cleaner, I repeat, the lady at reception was very kind, but I don't think Expedia will refund our money, please look at other options when you are here in Monterrey Centro, 0 Stars... ?

De mis peores experiencias en un hotel. Personal del hotel amable pero no solucionan nada. No vuelvo. I would not go back to that place. Really unpleasant. All night hot, the climate did not work and add to that that the bathroom gave off a disgusting smell. One of my worst experiences in a hotel. Friendly hotel staff but they do not solve anything. I don't come back.
