Great car rental in Valladolid. We have rent a car for 1 day and bikes the day after, reasonable price, good car condition and Whatsapp communication was fast, nice and clear. Very recommended!

Ivan was really accommodating as I contacted him less than 24 hrs before I needed a car. He sent me a list of places to go with his recommendations and answered promptly to all my questions. We hired the car for 2 days. The car was very clean and good. The communication was perfect , answered very quick! He brought us to the bus station after we delivered the car back to him!

Remarkably easy to hire a car here in Valladolid. This company dispels the scare stories about scams and extra charges. None of those here in our recent experience. We hired a decent manual car here for $1100MXN per day (Jan 2022). It included the insurance and started with a full tank. Collecting was super simple. We paid cash, our documents were photographed, signed the contracts and we were done. Wow. If only every rental company was this easy to deal wih. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We organised the rental via WhatsApp the evening before. My Spanish isn't great (although I try) so it's appreciated that he was also able to chat to us in English when collecting the car. Having a car for a couple of days around here is fantastic as you can get to cenotes and other sights in the area before some of the regular tourist buses. Returning the vehicle after 2 days was just as simple. Filled the tank again and dropped it back to the shop. No problems at all. Thoroughly recommend this excellent rental company.

First we was worried about the only car rental in Valladolid. Especially when there were just a few reviews. But we decided to rent a car here anyway and we definitely do not regret the decision. Not only the car was more than okay, but the attitude of the manager was great and very professional. In addition we got some tips what to visit and where to eat and where more than satisfied with everything.

Only car rental place in town. Paid 1100 pesos per day all insurance included. We decided to rent on a whim and they had one for us. The car was great and the process was quick. We spent two days visiting cenotes and Ek Balam. Best way is to contact Ivan is via WhatsApp at the number listed.

We rented a car for one day. Good car for a very good price! After the trip I left something in the car, but Ivan was kind enough to bring it to the hotel within an hour! To pick up the car, you’ll have a 7 minute walk from the meeting point. There you will find a big car parking/rental service. Great service, would highly recommend.

Ivan was great, we contacted him via WhatsApp a few days before arriving into Valladolid as we wanted to rent a car for 1 day - it was no problem and communication was very good. Met him at the garage with passport, driver's license and immigration certificate and drove the car away within 10 minutes. The price was very good too and includes unlimited mileage and insurance. Ivan was kind enough to help us with buying gas/petrol and dropped us off at the bus station when we dropped the car off. Awesome service and thoroughly recommended!
