Xaman Ha condo is the best place for a family reunion! When you travel with a large group you're happy to get a helping hand and that's what we got! The Caribbean Beach staff guided us all the way through. We loved to wake up and just walk out of our rooms straight on to the beach! It helped us to appreciate the beauty of Playa del Carmen. The rooms are clean and neat and perfectly equipped for a big family reunion! We would love to come back next year :)

We used Caribbean Beach Properties along with Rentals Your Way to book a family vacation at Cozumel. We rented unit 2S at Puesta del Sol at the northern part of the island. It was perfect. The condo has 4 bedrooms and we had 8 family members from Texas. We had plenty of room and we cooked. The kitchen had everything. I think it was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a condo. We have rented several for family vacations and this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We loved the fact that the kids could snorkel right in front of the condo. There was plenty to see too. Puffer fish and lots of rays. It was quiet too. It is away from all the tourist spots downtown. But the view is amazing. Cruise ships slowing coming by while we drank coffe in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings. There is a large balcony with a grill, which we used. The two master bedrooms have access to the balcony and both have a great view of the Caribbean. There is Alex who is with CBP to help with any questions you have about the condo, Cozumel, or any other concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with the grill and TV. We appreciated him stopping by. We will be back to this condo for sure. Thanks to all who helped us have a perfect family trip.

Outstanding customer service! In January/February 2018 we stayed at two properties that we rented through Rentals Your Way, but managed by Caribbean Beach Properties in Jan/Feb 2018. One was in Cozumel Peninsula Grand 12 A and the other was El Faro Reef 203 in Playa del Carmen. Both units were actually better than depicted in the photos and were spotlessly clean. The AC was on making our arrival welcome and comfortable. We did not experience any issues whatsoever. Great info regarding how to check in, directions, amenties at condo complexes, etc. Information was provided regarding a local contact in case we needed anything. It was nice to know someone was a call away, but everything was so well managed, it wasn't ever needed. When you're on vacation you don't want to have to worry about what works in your condo, who to call, etc. Thanks to Caribbean Beach Properties and Rentals Your Way for making this a super easy and most enjoyable vacation! Both units were outstanding in every way!

We had an awesome family vacation staying at Xaman-Ha in Playa Del Carmen! We stayed in room 7214. It was spotless, and the view from the balcony was incredible. The concierge was so nice and helpful. The staff always made sure we were happy and catered to all our needs. The Caribbean Beach Properties staff was so pleasant. We had a blast at the pool, which has an awesome swim-up bar, and the poolside food was good, too. Our overall experience was impressive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay here again.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous Luna Encantada G3 penthouse condo. It's furnishings are pretty and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals -and a dishwasher to make clean-up easy. All the linens are included and I love having a washer/dryer in the condo. Everything is here to feel right at home as soon as you unpack your suitcase and begin your vacation. An added bonus is the free, safe underground parking. We love the staff at Rentals Your Way -they make booking our vacation so easy. The onsite concierge was available to answer any questions we had. Roger was super quick and helpful. It's clear that the entire complex is well taken care of by Caribbean Beach Properties management staff. The staff was friendly and hard at work taking care of the pool, beach, grounds & security. That made our stay even more relaxing. We loved the heated infinity swimming pool!!! It's gorgeous. There are also chairs and umbrellas set up right on the beach. My favorite thing was to go up to the rooftop and watch the sunrise with my kiddos each morning. So peaceful and perfect! We have never stayed in a better location. All the best restaurants and shopping and fun of 5th Ave are just a block away. Even though we were so close to everything, the condo was very quiet and peaceful. I wish our stay was longer and really hope to be able to return sometime.

My wife and I stayed at El Faro Oceanfront Condos (Reef 203) for our 10th anniversary. We loved it!! Our most relaxing vacation ever. Loved the location, right downtown Playa del Carmen but still super quite. Beautiful views of the ocean right from the condo balcony where we spent much time just relaxing and talking over a glass of wine. The condo was extremely clean, and comfortable. Loved having extra commodities; dishwasher, washer and dryer. We received excellent and prompt service during our reservation and stay from Rentals Your Way. Highly recommended!

Room service went through my belongings and stole $2,000 Pesos and $80 USD. Our room had 2 safes that were non functioning. The room was fine, the service was fine until theft. We reported the incident to C B P M who sent a representative. We did not get a response other than we are investigating. Just be aware that they are looking for your money.

5++ We had an amazing experience recently with a condo we rented that was managed by Caribbean Beach Properties. We have stayed in other condos in PDC managed by CBP, and although the service has always been great, this trip they went above and beyond. My daughter became ill right before we were due to fly home, and right before we were supposed to be out of the condo per our reservation. At the very last minute, I had to contact Ben the concierge and beg to stay a little longer in the unit and inquire if they had any open units in the building, or in town that my daughter and I might move to for a couple of nights (we thought she had food poisoning, turned out to probably be viral, as I became ill as well). He scrambled to find us another unit, got us connected with the rental company, and we moved in just a floor away. We were able to recover comfortably and not have to drag our belongings across town. He even checked on us a couple days later. So grateful for their help, especially Ben's quick work in the middle of switching out 5 condos that morning.
