Despues q te cuentan maravillas y te venden el paquete, desconectan todos sus numeros y solo te contestan por email. Luego para poder hacer tu reservación te piden informacion que NO NECESITAN acta de matrimonio, pasaportes, prueba d ingresos, 2 tarjetas de credito y debes atender una platica de dos horas lo cual JAMAS SE MENCIONA CUANDO TE VENDEN el paquete vacacional que no tiene condiciones"
Tampoco te pueden explicar para que necesitan toda esa informacion!!
Y si no provees la información entonces no puedes usar tu paquete
TOTAL FRAUD
After they tell you wonders and sell you the package, they disconnect all their numbers and only answer you by email. Then to make your reservation they ask you for information that DOES NOT NEED a marriage certificate, passports, proof of income, 2 credit cards and you must attend a two-hour talk which IS NEVER MENTIONED WHEN THEY SELL YOU the vacation package that has no conditions "
Nor can they explain what they need all that information for !!
And if you don't provide the information then you can't use your package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude solo estafan a las personas pague casi 30mil pesos por un supuesto paquete y se desaparecieron ya no contestan llamadas en ningún número de los que me enviaron hice el tramite por Internet y solo me cobraron y ahora ya no dan el servicio ni la cara tengan mucho cuidado es un fraude. Rateros supuesta ente su oficina esta en cancún pero no contestan ni correos ni llamadas malandrines disfrazados de agencia de viajes.
It is a fraud, they only scam people, I paid almost 30 thousand pesos for a supposed package and they disappeared and they no longer answer calls on any number that they sent me, I did the procedure online and they only charged me and now they no longer give the service or the face be very careful is a fraud. Thieves supposedly his office is in Cancun but they do not answer either emails or mischievous calls disguised as a travel agency.
